What You Will Do- Teach – Guide groups of students through content and problem-solving.
- Coach – Motivate students to engage deeply with content and build confidence.
- Mentor – Share your own study journey and provide relatable advice.
- Connect – Build genuine relationships with students and families.
- HSC completion with 99+ ATAR and a Band 6 or E4 result in HSC Biology (Year 11-12).
- First-year university level knowledge or above in Biology.
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience (preferred, but not essential).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Energy, empathy, independence, and a proactive mindset.
- A full academic year commitment with minimum 10 hours of weekly commitment.
- Ability to work at our campuses.
