Job Description

Description:
  • Prepare and present cold appetizers, salads, fruit displays, seafood displays, charcuterie boards, cheese displays, and dessert garnishes.
  • Prepare hors d'oeuvres and cocktail hour items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Assist with banquet production and event preparation.
  • Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with ServSafe standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Garde Manger station.
  • Rotate and label products using FIFO procedures.
  • Assist with inventory, stocking, and receiving deliveries.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure timely event execution.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
  • Previous Garde Manger, pantry, or banquet experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of knife skills and food presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
