The Digital Enablement Specialist plays a key role in connecting commercial teams with technology solutions that improve efficiency, collaboration, and business performance.
This remote position supports digital operations by managing CRM capabilities, internal platforms, automation tools, and user enablement initiatives.
The role serves as a strategic partner between Sales and IT, ensuring business needs are translated into effective digital solutions.
The successful candidate will help streamline workflows, improve adoption of digital tools, and drive continuous improvement across commercial operations.
Working with cross-functional teams, this position combines technical problem-solving, change management, and process optimization.

The Digital Enablement Specialist will support the ongoing development, adoption, and optimization of digital tools and processes that empower commercial teams to operate effectively.
- Serve as the primary connection between Sales and IT by coordinating technology requests, clarifying business requirements, and ensuring effective issue resolution.
- Track, manage, and communicate IT and ERP enhancement requests, providing visibility into progress and maintaining accurate updates for commercial stakeholders.
- Act as a CRM super-user by providing troubleshooting support, guidance, and solutions for digital platform challenges.
- Manage customer-facing and internal extranet platforms, including content updates, user access administration, permissions, and data accuracy.
- Design, develop, and maintain digital solutions using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate to improve commercial workflows.
- Own and continuously enhance internal digital tools that centralize resources, processes, approvals, forms, and sales enablement materials.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks, simplify processes, and improve collaboration between Sales, Supply Chain, and supporting teams.
- Provide training, documentation, and end-user support for digital tools while acting as a first point of contact before escalation to technical teams.
- Participate in broader technology, marketing, and digital transformation initiatives where business users are impacted by change.
- Represent commercial user needs in digital workplace discussions, helping prioritize improvements and align solutions with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of digital transformation experience, business process knowledge, and strong communication skills to support technology adoption across commercial teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting digital program deployment, digital transformation initiatives, or technology-enabled business improvements.
- Experience leading digital change initiatives and helping users adopt new tools and processes.
- Proven ability to develop digital roadmaps and align solutions with broader enterprise technology strategies.
- Strong digital adaptability with the ability to quickly learn and leverage workplace technologies.
- Experience with CRM platforms, enterprise applications, or business systems support is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate, is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into practical technology solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support in a fast-paced business environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel to Mobile, Alabama, as needed.
- Competitive salary of approximately $120,000 annually.
- Fully remote work opportunity with occasional travel requirements.
