Talent Acquisition / HR Team Lead

Join a global leader in Healthcare Technology and help build the teams driving innovation in Laboratory Information Systems (LIS). We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who will lead full-cycle recruiting, support HR operations and compensation planning, and serve as the HR Team Lead in the absence of the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
• Develop job postings, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and recommend competitive compensation packages.
• Lead daily HR administrative activities and support HR process improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and policy guidance.
• Track recruiting metrics and support workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of HR experience with strong full-cycle recruiting.
• 2+ years of experience with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interviewing skills.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail.
