Job Title: IAP Support Specialist

We are hiring an IAP Support Specialist to support Tennessee's Insurance Assistance Program (IAP) and HIV Drug Assistance Program (HDAP). This role will assist healthcare case managers with insurance enrollment, eligibility, renewals, and client support to ensure uninterrupted access to HIV medications.

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, Healthcare Management, or related field
• 4+ years of healthcare customer service or healthcare administration experience
• Experience with health insurance enrollment, benefits, or eligibility
• Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and healthcare databases/case management systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA (Ryan White or ADAP experience is a plus)
