Health Information Analyst in Flemington, New Jersey at Hunterdon Health Care System

Reviews the medical record to assure completeness of the documentation and enters the deficiencies within the electronic deficiency system.

1. Analyzes medical records based upon NJDOH and Joint Commission standards.
2. Flags all deficiencies and enters into the electronic deficiency system.
3. Assists medical/clinical staff in completion of their deficiencies.
