General Summary of Position:

BTL Industries Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves designing visually engaging and innovative graphics that effectively communicate the brand message of BTL in the field of medical and aesthetic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong graphic design background, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for medical innovations .

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and execute design concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, catalogs, presentations, and other print and digital collateral.
• Develop digital graphics and layouts for the company's website, social media platforms, digital advertising, and other marketing channels.
• Design and code responsive HTML emails using HTML and CSS, ensuring readability, visual consistency, and compatibility across various email platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other internal stakeholders to develop effective visual communications that support product and business objectives.
• Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and maintain consistency with BTL brand standards.
• Manage assigned design projects from initial concept through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, adherence to brand guidelines, and timely completion.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency in modern design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Figma or comparable collaborative layout tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills.
• Experience designing for both print and digital channels.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and web design is highly desired.
• Ability to work independently, and contribute creative solutions to design projects.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
