This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Master Tech Recruiter based in Brazil.
This is a senior Talent Acquisition role combining strategic recruiting, technical expertise, and stakeholder management. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, helping define talent profiles, sourcing strategies, and hiring decisions across complex technology positions. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on specialized, strategic, executive, and high-volume hiring. You will operate in a Staff Augmentation environment where speed, market knowledge, and client interaction are essential. As a technical reference for other recruiters, you will help strengthen team capabilities and establish effective recruiting practices. The position also offers the opportunity to use data, automation, and AI-driven tools to improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes.
- Act as a consultative talent partner to business leaders, supporting profile definition, talent attraction strategies, hiring decisions, and recruitment planning.
- Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across different organizational levels, including managers, directors, and C-level leaders.
- Conduct market research and in-depth interviews to understand technology talent dynamics, Staff Augmentation trends, and internal and external hiring demands.
- Partner closely with HR and other organizational teams, acting as a bridge between internal stakeholders and client requirements while maintaining clear and effective communication.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for complex, strategic, executive, and technology positions, from initial profile alignment through offer.
- Conduct proactive sourcing and hunting for highly specialized technology professionals and evaluate candidates based on seniority, technical capabilities, impact, competencies, and cultural alignment.
- Maintain accurate ATS records, ensuring active pipelines, candidate feedback, interviews, and recruitment stages are properly documented.
- Manage high-volume and fast-paced Staff Augmentation recruiting processes, including coordinating and facilitating interviews with external clients.
- Prioritize open positions according to client needs and market availability, maintaining warm talent pipelines and ready-to-use shortlists for specific technology stacks within short turnaround times.
- Serve as a technical reference and mentor for mid-level and senior recruiters, sharing best practices, providing ongoing support, and helping elevate team delivery capabilities.
- Develop and structure Staff Augmentation solutions and talent offerings for client portfolios.
- Define and monitor recruiting KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Time-to-Fill, pipeline conversion, lead time, hiring quality, and overall recruitment effectiveness, providing regular updates to leadership.
- Support and lead strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives, including internal mobility, referral programs, recruitment pipelines, process improvements, and AI-powered automation.
- Solid experience as a Tech Recruiter in a leadership or management-level capacity.
- Strong end-to-end recruitment experience across different technology profiles, skill sets, and seniority levels.
- Proven experience managing high volumes of vacancies and interviews, particularly within Staff Augmentation models involving external client interviews.
- Experience with global recruitment processes, including conducting interviews and managing candidate processes in English.
- Advanced English proficiency for communication with global teams, stakeholders, and projects.
- Strong understanding of technology talent markets and the ability to conduct effective sourcing, market research, and candidate assessment.
- Experience monitoring and interpreting recruitment data and metrics such as business data, lead time, Time-to-Fill, and Time-to-Hire.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, with confidence engaging managers, directors, and senior executives.
- Excellent communication, organization, prioritization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
- Strong leadership mindset, with the ability to mentor recruiters, share best practices, and act as a technical recruiting reference.
- Analytical and continuous-improvement mindset, with an interest in leveraging AI, automation, and new tools to improve Talent Acquisition processes.
