Are you a hands-on leader with restoration or construction experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments? Paul Davis Restoration is looking for an Assistant Project Manager – Large Loss to help lead large-scale commercial restoration and catastrophe (CAT) projects.

• Assist with planning and executing Large Loss, Commercial, and CAT projects from start to finish.
• Provide daily onsite leadership to technicians and subcontractors.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, schedules, and project resources.
• Monitor project costs, production, safety, and documentation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure quality workmanship.
• Support emergency-response operations and travel to projects as needed.

• Experience in restoration, construction, mitigation, or a related field.
• Experience leading field crews or coordinating subcontractors.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of jobsite safety and project operations.
• Commercial restoration or Large Loss experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD) are a plus.

This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel, including overnight and extended assignments. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended shifts during Large Loss and CAT events is essential.
