Warehouse Manager in DEERFIELD BEACH, Florida at Air Around the Clock

Air Around the Clock AC & Plumbing is seeking an experienced, organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, equipment, and material distribution. This position plays a key role in ensuring our HVAC and plumbing technicians and installation teams have the parts, equipment, and supplies they need to complete jobs efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse and inventory management experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced service environment. Experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a similar trade industry is strongly preferred.

• Oversee receiving, stocking, storing, and distribution of HVAC and plumbing equipment, parts, tools, and materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct routine inventory counts.
• Monitor inventory usage and identify shortages or discrepancies.
• Coordinate material and equipment needs for service technicians and installation crews.
• Ensure technicians receive the correct parts and equipment for scheduled jobs.
• Manage incoming deliveries and verify shipments against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate documentation for received and distributed materials.
• Organize warehouse layout to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
• Supervise, train, and provide direction to warehouse team members.
• Coordinate with purchasing, operations, service, installation, and management teams.
• Track tools, equipment, and company assets assigned to employees.
• Identify damaged, missing, or obsolete inventory and communicate issues to management.
• Maintain warehouse safety standards and ensure company procedures are followed.
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials when necessary.

• 4+ years of warehouse, inventory, or supply-chain experience preferred.
• Previous warehouse leadership or management experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or home-services industry experience is a major plus.
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with inventory or warehouse management software.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Comfortable working closely with technicians, installers, vendors, and management.
• Ability to identify inventory discrepancies and resolve problems independently.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift and move equipment, parts, and materials as required.
