This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator based in the United States.
This temporary, part-time role provides remote recruiting coordination support across multiple locations and hiring initiatives.
You will work closely with recruiters to keep candidate pipelines organized and ensure hiring activities move forward smoothly.
The position covers interview scheduling, candidate communications, applicant tracking, screening support, and onboarding coordination.
You will play an important role in creating a professional and responsive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
The role is well suited to an organized professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You will also contribute to recruiting projects and administrative activities that support the broader talent acquisition function.
The position offers a flexible remote setting at approximately 20 hours per week.
Provide administrative and recruiting coordination support to recruiters working across multiple locations.
Assist with sourcing and recruiting activities, including posting job advertisements and reviewing applications.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews when needed to assess qualifications, availability, and interest.
Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant information within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support employment verification, background check tracking, and other pre-employment requirements.
Provide recruiters with timely status updates and help ensure candidates progress efficiently through the hiring process.
Help maintain a positive, professional, and well-organized candidate experience.
Assist with special recruiting projects, reporting, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail in a remote work environment.
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Approximately one year of experience in administration, customer service, scheduling coordination, office support, or a similar function preferred.
Previous experience in recruiting, human resources, staffing, healthcare, or talent acquisition is a plus but not required.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is preferred.
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong professional communication and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with candidates, recruiters, and other stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to manage scheduling, communications, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Valid driver’s license and access to insured, reliable transportation.
Ability to remain stationary for extended periods and communicate clearly and effectively with others.
Temporary, part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week.
Fully remote opportunity within the United States.
Hourly compensation of $18–$22 per hour.
