As a Credit and Collection Analyst in our Finance – Accounts Receivable function within the Spine division, you’ll play a key role in managing customer collections, achieving DSO and cash goals, minimizing financial risk, and supporting revenue audits and AR-related projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain continual communication with customers to ensure invoices are paid on time
- Work toward and meet forecasted DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and cash collection goals
- Analyze and reconcile customer accounts
- Review credit limits and payment terms
- Perform monthly revenue audits
- Assist with special projects and other Accounts Receivable initiatives as needed
What You Bring:
- 4-year degree preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in Collections and Customer Service
- Clear understanding of basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) is a plus
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Compensation:
Pay for this role is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and performance. The typical pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits. Final compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis and considers a variety of factors including experience level, skillset, and market conditions.
