SynergenX Health is looking for warm, compassionate, and energetic Full-Time Inbound Pharmacy Customer Care Representatives to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be more than just answering phones. You'll be a trusted voice for our patients—helping them navigate questions, schedule appointments, and feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.

Our work focuses on weight loss and clinical care, giving you the opportunity to have meaningful conversations with patients and make a real difference in their experience.

And don't worry if you're new to our specific healthcare environment—we provide two weeks of paid, on-site training to set you up for success.

Paid Training

Two weeks of paid, on-site training means you'll receive the tools, knowledge, and support you need to feel confident in your role.

What You'll Do

You'll be one of the first people our patients connect with, so your voice, attitude, and willingness to help matter.

Your day will include:

  • Answering incoming patient calls and messages promptly, professionally, and with genuine care.
  • Listening to patients, understanding their needs, and helping guide them to the right solution.
  • Scheduling patient appointments accurately in our EHR system.
  • Handling questions, concerns, and complaints with patience, professionalism, and good judgment.
  • Routing calls and requests to the appropriate team members when needed.
  • Documenting patient communications accurately in our CRM platform.
  • Helping patients have a smooth and positive experience with our services.
  • Supporting administrative tasks and jumping in to help the team when needed.
  • Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality while handling sensitive patient information.

What We're Looking For

You could be a great fit if you are:

  • A high school graduate or have a GED.
  • Experienced in a high-volume call center environment (1+ year preferred).
  • Experienced using CRM or EHR software (1+ year preferred).
  • An excellent communicator who knows how to listen as well as speak.
  • Comfortable handling multiple conversations, tasks, and priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to accurately document information.
  • Professional, dependable, positive, and solutions-oriented.
  • Someone who stays calm and compassionate—even when a patient is frustrated.
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.
  • Able to successfully pass a routine criminal background check.
Schedule

Monday–Friday | 11:00 AM–8:00 PM

Training: Two weeks of paid, on-site training

Enjoy a consistent Monday–Friday schedule while building valuable experience in healthcare and patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

$19.50 per hour
