Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations at the Canton location, with responsibilities across shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse functions. This role helps ensure materials are accurately received, stocked, picked, packed, and shipped while maintaining a clean, organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting, comfort using warehouse and ERP systems, and effective collaboration with team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock all incoming material.
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment, including stock parts and Custom Controls.
- Properly pack and ship outgoing orders.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe.
- Accurately perform cycle counts.
- Assist customers at the pick-up counter when needed.
- Support other general warehouse functions as needed.
- Utilize BSC’s ERP computer system to perform all functions.
- Drive company vehicle or personal vehicle, as approved, to support local deliveries, pickups, customer/vendor visits, and other warehouse-related needs.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience.
- Experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping systems a plus.
- General computer skills required; experience with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus.
- Forklift experience a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Strong team player.
- Mechanical and mathematical aptitude.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
