Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet events according to specifications and standards

- Transport and arrange tables, chairs, linens, and other event equipment

- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of banquet areas before, during, and after events

- Support banquet staff and catering team in delivering seamless service

- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction

- Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in banquet setup or hospitality preferred but not required

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

- Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
