Heavy Forklift Operator in Phoenix, Arizona at Sletten Companies

Resolute Performance Iron is a specialty steel contractor seeking a highly motivated individual to assist our shop team with meeting production goals while maintaining a positive workplace environment.

The majority of our work is in the steel construction industry and solar energy construction. We have an opening for a Heavy Forklift Operator to assist with meeting our production goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handling large and heavy steel members
• Staging material for surface preparation and coatings
• Building loads of finished structural steel
• Unloading and re-loading trucks
• Maintaining forklifts
• Following all safety protocols
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Experience operating a 30k straight-mast forklift
• Experience in a structural steel fabrication shop is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, attentive, and detail oriented.
• Must be a self-starter
• Bilingual is a plus
