Tailwind Concessions is looking for enthusiastic Cashiers to join our team! As a Cashier, you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for travelers by providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages, and keeping our operation running smoothly.

As a Cashier, you’ll help create the friendly, inviting atmosphere our guests expect while ensuring every transaction and interaction is handled with care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly attitude.Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.Process cash and electronic transactions using a point-of-sale system.Deliver exceptional customer service and help resolve guest questions or concerns.Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to company standards.Share menu knowledge and make recommendations to help guests find what they’re looking for.Keep your work area clean, organized, and ready for guests.Assist with inventory, stocking, and maintaining supplies.Work closely with your teammates to keep operations running smoothly.Be willing to learn and cross-train in different areas of the operation.

We’re looking for team members who are:

Friendly, positive, and customer-focused.Reliable, punctual, and dependable.Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system.Experienced in customer service and/or cash handling.Willing and able to learn new skills and cross-train.Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.Team players who take pride in creating a great guest experience.

Previous cashier, food service, coffee, or customer service experience is a plus!

Because we operate in an airport environment:

Must be able to successfully pass a TSA background check to obtain an airport badge.Must have reliable transportation and the ability to arrive on time and ready to work.
