Product Management Associate
Summary
The Product Management Associate supports the development, maintenance, and enhancement of KELTEC's product portfolio. This role works closely with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, customer service, and manufacturing teams to gather product information, analyze market data, support product launches, and help ensure accurate product documentation. Duties & Responsibilities
· Assist with product development projects from concept through launch.
· Conduct market research and gather competitive product information.
· Support product pricing analysis and maintain pricing data.
· Help collect and organize customer feedback, market trends, and product performance data.
· Coordinate product-related projects and track progress across departments.
· Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation, specifications, and marketing materials.
· Work with engineering, sales, and customer service teams to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
· Support product launches by coordinating information across internal teams.
· Help develop training materials and product resources for customer service and sales teams.
· Maintain product information on the company website and internal systems.
· Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and occasionally customers to gather product insights.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Internship, co-op, project work, or 0-2 years of professional experience preferred.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
· Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
· Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
· Eagerness to learn and develop product management skills in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Internship or work experience in manufacturing, product management, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
· Familiarity with ERP systems, CRM tools, or data analysis software.
· Knowledge of the HVAC, filtration, or industrial manufacturing industry is a plus.
Working Hours & Conditions
Core business hours are generally 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs, project deadlines, or training opportunities.
Physical Requirements
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting, including communicating verbally, using a computer, and reviewing technical information. The position requires sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, with occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
