This role is designed for a domain specialist with hands-on experience in mechanical or manufacturing environments who can translate complex engineering data into structured, usable insights.
You will act as a critical link between client-provided technical datasets and internal data processing teams, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency of information.
The position involves reviewing engineering inputs, supporting data classification frameworks, and improving the quality of processed outputs.
You will contribute directly to how technical data is interpreted and operationalized within data-driven workflows.
Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your expertise will help ensure that engineering data is correctly validated, structured, and leveraged for downstream use cases.
- Review and interpret mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing-related client data, ensuring it is accurate, relevant, and usable for downstream processing.
- Guide internal teams on data interpretation, tagging standards, and classification guidelines for structured datasets.
- Perform quality checks on processed outputs and provide clear, actionable feedback for corrections and improvements.
- Support validation activities and ensure consistency across engineering datasets and documentation.
- Contribute domain expertise during client discussions where technical interpretation or clarification is required.
- 3–6 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronics engineering roles within OEMs or manufacturing organizations.
- Strong understanding of core engineering and manufacturing principles, with the ability to interpret technical documentation and datasets.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-domain teams.
- Experience in reviewing, validating, tagging, or structuring engineering or technical data.
- Nice to have: exposure to CAD models, BOMs, PLM systems, or engineering design documentation.
- Nice to have: experience collaborating with data, analytics, or AI-driven teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset in fast-moving environments.
- Competitive compensation package aligned with experience and market standards (may vary by employer).
- Remote-first or hybrid flexibility depending on project requirements.
- Health and wellness coverage as per company policy.
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge data, engineering, and AI-related initiatives.
- Exposure to cross-functional, global teams and innovative technical environments.
- Learning and development opportunities in data-driven engineering workflows.
