Job Description

Senior Partner Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships and marketing, driving how strategic technology alliances are positioned, activated, and scaled across a global SaaS ecosystem. You will translate complex integration and co-sell value into clear, compelling narratives that accelerate adoption and revenue impact. Acting as the dedicated marketing lead for partner initiatives, you will build high-quality co-marketing programs, sales enablement materials, and marketplace positioning. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across partnerships, product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams. You will shape how a fast-growing platform shows up in major partner ecosystems such as cloud marketplaces and data platforms. This is a high-visibility position where your work directly influences partner success and go-to-market performance. It is ideal for a builder who thrives in fast-moving, collaborative SaaS environments.

Accountabilities:

You will own the development and execution of partner marketing strategy, ensuring that partnerships are supported with impactful messaging, campaigns, and enablement that drive measurable business outcomes:

  • Lead partner marketing initiatives end-to-end, serving as the primary marketing liaison for the partnerships organization and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain high-quality partner GTM assets including co-sell materials, “better together” pitch decks, one-pagers, sales enablement kits, and marketplace listings.
  • Own and optimize presence across partner ecosystems (e.g., cloud and data marketplaces), ensuring positioning is differentiated and consistently updated.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and marketing briefs that translate technical integrations into clear business value for both internal sales teams and external audiences.
  • Drive co-marketing programs including webinars, joint campaigns, MDF initiatives, and content collaborations with strategic partners.
  • Support integration and product launch marketing in partnership with product marketing, brand, and demand generation teams.
  • Manage partner marketing workflows, prioritization, and operating cadence to ensure timely delivery of high-impact deliverables.
Requirements:

You bring strong experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a proven ability to translate technical products into compelling partner-facing narratives and scalable go-to-market programs:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, product marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing roles.
  • Proven track record of building co-marketing programs, partner campaigns, and sales enablement materials in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear value propositions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as partnerships, product marketing, demand generation, and sales.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder requests simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems, integrations, and marketplace motions is highly preferred.
  • Experience using sales enablement and marketing operations tools (e.g., Highspot, Asana, or similar platforms).
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership, adaptability, and execution focus.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 USD.
  • Equity participation and annual bonus eligibility.
  • Flexible remote-first work environment.
  • Unlimited PTO and generous parental leave policies.
  • Strong emphasis on career development through structured growth frameworks.
  • Inclusive, values-driven culture focused on performance, entrepreneurship, authenticity, and kindness.
  • Access to comprehensive benefits supporting health, wellness, and financial well-being.
