- Conduct sales calls and product demonstrations to present value propositions, address objections, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

- Qualify leads by assessing fit, budget, urgency, and business potential to prioritize high-value opportunities.
- Manage and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring proper tracking of all interactions and activities.
- Apply strong negotiation skills to move prospects through the sales cycle and close deals effectively.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth lead handover and aligned strategies.

- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or similar B2B customer-facing roles.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales platforms for pipeline and lead management.
