This role sits at the heart of enterprise-grade AI infrastructure support, focusing on complex, production-level environments where data transformation pipelines and cloud-native systems operate at scale. You will work directly with enterprise customers to diagnose and resolve critical issues across distributed systems, APIs, and cloud deployments. The position requires deep technical curiosity, strong troubleshooting instincts, and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to identify root causes and ensure long-term system reliability. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role supporting mission-critical AI workflows used across global organizations. The environment is highly technical, involving Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and data pipeline debugging in real production settings. You will also contribute to improving internal support systems, documentation, and tooling.
- Own and resolve production incidents across customer environments, including APIs, VPC deployments, and large-scale data pipelines.
- Debug distributed systems using logs, metrics, and system-level analysis to identify root causes and ensure permanent fixes.
- Support enterprise customers operating in AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring stable and efficient production deployments.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes, Docker, networking (VPC, private endpoints), IAM configurations, and related infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, solutions, and forward-deployed teams to resolve escalations and unblock customers.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clarity of issues and alignment on resolutions.
- Build and improve troubleshooting documentation, runbooks, and internal tools to enhance support efficiency and system reliability.
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Support, SRE, DevOps, or similar production systems roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), especially in networking and VPC architecture.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for debugging, automation, and API interaction.
- Proven ability to debug complex distributed systems and identify root causes rather than surface-level fixes.
- Experience working with APIs, logs, observability tools, and system-level debugging workflows.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering and customer-facing teams.
