ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES – what you’ll own and lead as a Director of Corporate Human Resources
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce strategy, organizational design, and growth initiatives
- Align HR strategy with company goals to drive performance, profitability, and scalability
- Lead workforce planning, budgeting input, and organizational development
HR Infrastructure, Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals across a multi-state organization
- Own and optimize all day-to-day HR operations for consistency, efficiency, and impact
- Build scalable infrastructure, processes, and SOPs that support rapid growth
Employee Relations, Risk & Compliance
- Lead complex employee relations matters, investigations, and performance management
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Partner with legal counsel on high-risk matters and proactively mitigate organizational risk
- Oversee audits, reporting (EEO, OSHA, ACA), and policy development
Payroll, Systems & Data
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance across all entities
- Own and optimize HR systems (HRIS, ATS, benefits platforms) for efficiency and scalability
- Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership
Compensation, Benefits & Programs
- Oversee benefits strategy and administration, including open enrollment and ongoing support
- Partner on compensation strategy to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Drive performance management programs and employee lifecycle initiatives
Continuous Improvement & Optimization
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance systems, and improve employee experience
- Standardize HR practices across all locations
- Build a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Proven success leading multi-site entities with strong performance outcomes
· Demonstrated ability to drive profitability, efficiency, and scalable growth
· Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts
· Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
· Ability to think strategically and execute with discipline and urgency
· Experience in a service based industry - including healthcare, home care, or a regulated industry preferred

- Demonstrate strong commitment to compliance
- Knowledge of best practices for handling PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Administrative specialty in related field – whether accounting, customer service, scheduling, billing, IT, project management, leadership, sales, marketing, business development, medical scheduling, staffing, care coordinator or coordination, recruiting, talent acquisition, compliance, office manager or management, business manager or management, human resources, or operations a bonus
- Experience in assisted living, facility, nursing home, or in home care a bonus
