Enrollment Marketing Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Enrollment Marketing Consultant based in the United States.

This role acts as a strategic advisor at the intersection of enrollment strategy, data-driven marketing, and higher education consulting. You will partner with institutions to design and optimize enrollment marketing campaigns that directly influence student recruitment outcomes and institutional success. Operating in a highly collaborative, client-facing environment, you will translate institutional goals into actionable, multi-channel marketing strategies. The role blends analytics, campaign execution, and relationship management, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on coordination across teams. You will work closely with internal specialists across enrollment services, creative, and analytics functions to ensure campaign success. This is a highly consultative position where your insights help shape how institutions connect with prospective students and improve enrollment performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Support institutions in the planning, execution, and optimization of enrollment marketing strategies and multi-channel campaigns aligned with their recruitment goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with partner institutions through proactive communication and ongoing engagement.
  • Translate institutional enrollment objectives into actionable marketing plans, including student search strategies, segmentation, and communication workflows.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as enrollment services, creative production, digital operations, and consulting to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
  • Analyze enrollment data, campaign performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and improved outcomes.
  • Develop and present client reports, campaign summaries, and strategic insights that inform decision-making and future planning.
  • Contribute to renewal discussions and identify opportunities for expanded services aligned with client needs.
  • Support digital, print, and email communication planning and execution alongside creative teams.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams delivering complex, multi-channel enrollment initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend data-informed adjustments to improve performance.
  • Stay current on enrollment marketing trends, student search strategies, and best practices in higher education marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing services, enrollment management, admissions, or higher education consulting.
  • Proven experience designing and executing data-driven, goal-oriented marketing or recruitment campaigns.
  • Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex data, insights, and performance metrics clearly.
  • Experience working with student search strategies, segmentation, and enrollment marketing execution.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client presentations and public speaking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and enrollment or admissions technologies is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in collaborative team environments.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, client-driven settings.
