Clinical Social Worker (LMSW) in Independence, Iowa at Buchanan County Health Center

The Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) will assure medical related social services are provided to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each patient or resident of all ages. The LMSW may work under the supervision of a Licensed Independent Social Worker.

• Basic Life Support certification preferred.
• Licensed as a Social Worker in the State of Iowa required.
• Master’s degree in social work or nursing.

• Three or more years of social work in a health care setting.
• Ability to work effectively and autonomously in a self-directed role.
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and team building skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple work assignments and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility in accepting diverse work assignments and managing stress related to change.
• Pediatric experience preferred.

Salary Range: $28.23-$39.52
