- Partner with hiring managers from intake through offer closure.

- Use AI and automation to improve sourcing, research, outreach, and recruiting operations.
- Track recruiting funnels and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage multiple hiring priorities while maintaining speed and candidate quality.
Roles You'll Hire:
We want recruiters who evaluate real candidate impact and evidence—not simply titles and keywords.
- 2–5 years of recruiting/sourcing experience.
- Strong technical sourcing capability.
- Experience hiring both technical and non-technical talent.
- Strong Boolean and X-Ray search skills.
- Experience sourcing through GitHub and channels beyond LinkedIn.
- Experience engaging passive candidates and running outbound campaigns.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities independently.
- Comfortable using AI and recruiting automation tools.
- Data-driven and highly accountable.
- Experience working with global/remote teams.
An engineering or technical educational background is preferred, but strong technical recruiting expertise can compensate for formal credentials.
- Strong sourcing and talent-hunting mindset.
- High ownership and accountability.
- Fast learner with strong intellectual curiosity.
- Data-driven and results-oriented.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions.
- Strong remote communication.
- Uses AI and automation to increase productivity.
- Prioritises candidate quality over sourcing volume.
