This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior/Master Fullstack Developer (Python/React) based in Brazil.

This is a senior-level full-stack engineering opportunity focused on building and evolving cloud-based enterprise platforms.
You will own features end to end, translating product requirements into robust technical solutions and production-ready software.
The role combines backend development with Python, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems, alongside modern React interfaces.
You will contribute to resilient architectures, observability, CI/CD, accessibility, and scalable design systems.
You’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to solve complex business problems and influence technical decisions.
AI is an important part of the development workflow, helping accelerate design, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery while maintaining strong engineering judgment.

• Translate product requirements into clear technical designs and implement end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend, integrations, and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop production-grade backend services using Python, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Docker, and API Gateway.
• Build responsive and maintainable React applications using JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, reusable components, Storybook, and modern frontend testing practices.
• Design and maintain APIs, data contracts, external integrations, and event-driven architectures using asynchronous processing, message queues, and workflow orchestration such as Temporal.
• Build resilient and fault-tolerant systems incorporating appropriate retry, authentication, authorization, and distributed-systems patterns.
• Contribute to design systems, reusable UI components, Storybook documentation, accessibility standards, and maintainable frontend architecture.
• Implement observability and operational visibility using tools such as OpenTelemetry and Grafana, while investigating and resolving production and development issues.
• Support infrastructure and delivery practices using Terraform and GitHub Actions, contributing to reliable CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Participate in architecture discussions, technical decision-making, code reviews, and initiatives that raise engineering standards across the team.
• Use AI-powered development tools extensively to accelerate design, coding, testing, and troubleshooting while reviewing outputs critically and remaining accountable for the quality of the final solution.
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and other stakeholders in an international environment, communicating technical concepts clearly and proactively.

• Advanced proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration in an international environment.
• Proven hands-on production experience across both backend and frontend development, with the ability to independently deliver full-stack features.
• Strong production experience with Python, REST APIs, Docker, API Gateway, and PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of event-driven and asynchronous processing, message queues, workflow orchestration, and distributed systems.
• Practical experience with technologies such as Temporal, or comparable workflow orchestration platforms.
• Strong frontend expertise with React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML/CSS, responsive interfaces, and REST integrations.
• Experience with Storybook, Playwright, Git, and frontend testing practices.
• Knowledge of Terraform, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, or comparable infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability technologies.
• Understanding of resilience patterns, authentication and authorization technologies including OAuth, OIDC, SSO, and RBAC.
• Ability to turn business and product requirements into sound technical designs and working, production-ready software.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting production systems, diagnosing complex bugs, and implementing reliable fixes.
• Strong understanding of accessibility, maintainable UI development, software quality, and engineering best practices.
• Comfortable working with AI as a core part of the engineering workflow, with the judgment to validate, refine, correct, and take ownership of AI-assisted output.
• A proactive, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to contribute to architecture decisions and continuously improve engineering practices.
• Nice to have: Experience with AI/LLM integrations, enterprise SaaS platforms, Jest/Cypress, large-scale design systems, cloud-based frontend deployments, or mentoring other developers.
