POSITION DESCRIPTION: Thee Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely support and information regarding products, services, orders, and account inquiries. The role is responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate customer records, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-up. The position collaborates closely with internal departments and global team members to coordinate order fulfillment and respond to customer needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Interacts with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
• Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
• Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Provides timely feedback to management regarding customer satisfaction.
• Interacts with B&B/Solve employees and representatives from various departments and locations to provide and receive information on customer orders and inquiries.
• Collects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.
• Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
• Adheres to all B & B and Solve policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School or GED required.
• Associate degree with a focus on business administration preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experienced with enterprise software solutions (JobBoss2).
• Outgoing, positive attitude.
• Operating with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Able to understand customer and market requirements.
• Willing to work with a global team.
