Student Employment (Pool of Candidates) in Riverton, Wyoming at Central Wyoming College

JOB SUMMARY: Student employment is offered in a variety of departments and programs throughout the college and at each of the outreach centers. Students are employed in a variety of entry-level capacities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities, Duties and Tasks):

1. Perform a variety of manual and non-manual entry level work as directed by the student supervisor.
2. Operate within the guidelines set forth in the College’s policies, procedures and practices.
3. Perform other reasonably related duties as directed or assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Student employment eligibility is contingent upon enrollment at CWC in a minimum of 12 credits each semester for full-time students and 6 credits for part-time students. Course loads will be periodically checked. For summer employment, students must have completed a minimum of six credit hours in the preceding spring semester, and be enrolled in at least 1 credit in the summer session or have been accepted and enrolled in at least six credit hours in the upcoming fall semester.
Experience: None required.

Equivalency Statement: Equivalent combinations of education, experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can be acquired may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Licenses/Certifications: None required.

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION: Work is performed under the direct supervision of a student supervisor.

Student Employees can work a maximum of 19 hours per week while classes are in session.
