Marketing Operations Snior (RevOps)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Operations Sênior (RevOps) based in Brazil.

This is a senior opportunity for a data-driven professional who wants to turn marketing intelligence into measurable business growth.
You will operate at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, and customer behavior, identifying opportunities across the acquisition and activation funnel.
The role combines analytics, strategic project management, channel optimization, and cross-functional leadership.
You will work closely with Marketing leadership and act as the main RevOps representative in strategic initiatives.
Your analyses will help optimize CAC, ROI, payback, PLG performance, campaigns, and conversion throughout the customer journey.
You will also translate complex data into actionable recommendations and executive-level reports.

Accountabilities:
  • Build and continuously improve dashboards, KPIs, and performance analyses across channels, campaigns, customer segments, and journeys.
  • Analyze CAC, payback, ROI, channel efficiency, PLG performance, keywords, activation cohorts, and the impact of initiatives throughout the funnel.
  • Develop, test, and prioritize hypotheses based on potential business impact and scalability.
  • Lead acquisition projects targeting large accounts and strategic co-marketing partnerships.
  • Act as the primary RevOps bridge with Marketing, working closely with coordinators and Heads to identify opportunities and drive strategic projects.
  • Connect Marketing initiatives to commercial funnel outcomes, from acquisition through conversion.
  • Consolidate monthly results, key achievements, challenges, and growth opportunities into executive-level reports.
  • Transform analytical findings into clear recommendations and action plans designed to improve channel efficiency and accelerate sustainable growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in RevOps, Growth, Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, or related areas, with a strong track record of using data to drive business decisions.
  • Solid experience managing acquisition and activation funnels, including understanding of PLG metrics and user behavior.
  • Knowledge of campaign planning, performance measurement, and digital acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, as well as CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with analytics and BI tools such as Metabase, Databricks, or equivalent solutions.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations and measurable actions.
  • Demonstrated autonomy and organization when managing projects from planning and execution through measurement and optimization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence interacting with senior Marketing leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in fintech, particularly payments, is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
