Performs a variety of clerical duties for the Administrator.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

1. High School Graduate or equivalent experience.

Licensure, Registry, Certification:

1. None required

Personal Job related skills:

1. Effective oral and written communication skills.

2. Able to follow written and verbal instructions.

3. Ability to read and write and speak English.

Experience:

Prior Work Experience:

1. Entry Level Position.

Technical Training:

1. None required.

Requirements:

Primary Responsibilities:

Serves as Administrator Assistant and various helping duties throughout the Health Care Center.

1. Decorates the front entrance, activity room, and dining room on the first working day of each month.

2. Assists in decorating, coordinating, and serving the annual Thanksgiving Dinner for residents and their families.

3. Assists Activity Director in planning, decorating, and serving the annual Christmas Party for residents and their

families.

4. Processes charges and claims.

5. Processes payroll in the absence of the Business Office Manager.

6. Assists residents as needed in yard and flower bed grooming, or calming disruptive residents.

7. Schedules Housekeeping and Laundry Personnel.

8. Assists Administrator on projects as needed.

9. Assists other departments as needed (Training Coordinator, CNA, Medical Records, Business Office Manager or

Activity Director.)

10. All other duties as assigned.

11. Reports adverse events regarding patients, guests, or self to supervisor immediately.
