This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Specialist, Talent Sourcing, Enterprise based in India.
This role is an opportunity to join a collaborative talent acquisition team supporting recruitment operations for major global clients.
You will specialize in sourcing and screening talent within the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on US recruitment.
Working closely with recruiters and hiring managers, you will translate business needs into targeted sourcing strategies and candidate pipelines.
The role combines market research, digital sourcing, candidate engagement, screening, and client-facing delivery.
You will manage multiple requisitions while using databases, job boards, social networks, and advanced internet research to uncover qualified and passive talent.
Success requires strong communication, organization, persistence, and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, international environment.
This is a hybrid opportunity in Hyderabad, with evening hours aligned to North American time zones.
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters during vacancy intake sessions to understand technical requirements, soft skills, culture, and working environment, and establish appropriate screening criteria.
- Develop detailed sourcing strategies and Master Sourcing Plans based on role requirements, market conditions, and available talent pools.
- Translate job descriptions into effective search queries and proactively identify candidates through internal databases, job boards, LinkedIn, social networks, internet research, and other sourcing channels.
- Analyze resumes and online information to identify relevant candidate patterns, assess eligibility, and uncover passive or hard-to-find talent.
- Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines for semiconductor and other assigned recruitment requirements, managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Engage prospective candidates through online and phone outreach, establish relationships, communicate opportunities, and maintain a professional candidate experience.
- Conduct initial screening and remote interviews, assess qualifications and fit, complete candidate profiles, and position qualified candidates for client opportunities.
- Act as a day-to-day operational point of contact for recruiters and clients, ensuring sourcing activity remains aligned with hiring priorities.
- Maintain accurate, real-time records of candidate activity and productivity, and provide regular reporting on sourcing, screening, and delivery progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues across locations and functions to identify effective sourcing methods and continuously improve recruitment delivery.
- 3–4+ years of professional experience in talent sourcing and screening, with at least 3 years of experience recruiting within the semiconductor industry and supporting US recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, social media platforms, professional networks, job boards, recruitment databases, and internet research methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions across one or more industry sectors while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build trusted relationships with clients and recruitment stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities, including the ability to interpret job requirements, identify relevant talent profiles, and develop targeted search strategies.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing requirements and maintain accurate recruitment activity records.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
- Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to maintain courteous, professional relationships with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones, including a scheduled shift of approximately 5:30 PM–2:30 AM IST with flexibility to support EST and PST requirements.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Hyderabad, with office presence expected on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
