Assist with employee relations, performance management, corrective action, training needs, and development of frontline leadership.

Promote a positive, engaged, and accountable team culture while maintaining high expectations for performance and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing supervision experience in a high-volume production environment. Tier 1 automotive experience is strongly preferred, but candidates from other fast-paced manufacturing environments may also be considered.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action, and structured problem-solving methods such as 5 Why, 8D, A3, or Fishbone.

Experience supporting continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, standardized work, and waste reduction initiatives.

Exposure to new product launches, APQP, production readiness, or manufacturing launch activities preferred.
