About the role

The Wholesale Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the daily operations of the Wholesale Department by ensuring accurate account management, timely partner support, and efficient internal coordination. This position serves as a key administrative resource for both internal sales personnel and Authorized Retail Partners, helping maintain a seamless wholesale experience through strong organization, technical aptitude, and responsive communication.

This role is best suited for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can confidently manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Sales Team Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Wholesale Director and Wholesale Sales Team.
  • Assist Account Managers with account updates, order coordination, and internal follow-up.
  • Support territory management through accurate documentation and internal communication.
  • Prepare and maintain sales support materials, reports, and partner resources.
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication between Wholesale, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
Retail Partner Support
  • Assist retail partners with account troubleshooting, login access, order inquiries, and general support needs.
  • Serve as a point of contact for resolving routine account-related issues.
  • Ensure timely communication between partners and internal departments.
  • Help maintain a professional and consistent partner experience across all interactions.
Account Onboarding & Maintenance
  • Manage new account onboarding workflows from application through activation.
  • Verify required documentation and maintain compliance with internal account standards.
  • Set up and maintain account records within internal systems and CRM platforms.
  • Ensure partner information remains accurate and current across all systems.
Data Entry & Documentation
  • Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy.
  • Maintain customer notes, order history, and partner communication records.
  • Organize and update digital files, catalogs, pricing sheets, and internal documentation.
  • Support reporting and data cleanup projects as needed.
Process Improvement
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Support ongoing system and process enhancements within the department.
  • Adapt to changing priorities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM with high accuracy.
  • Exceptional technical aptitude; ability to master new software and CRM tools rapidly.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbally.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a proactive sense of urgency.
  • Proven organizational discipline and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
Preferred:
  • Knowledge of the game of Pickleball and its community.
  • Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Background in consumer goods or a high-growth company environment.
