Social Media Responsibilities

  • Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
  • Content creation- Design and take ownership of the company's presence and messages
  • Ability to monitor online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure anyone using the company’s online tools is following established guidelines and best-practice rules
  • Encourage greater social media participation
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy

Promotions Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive public relations program that builds cooperative relationships with the local business community to generate positive, professional name recognition for the dealerships.
  • Event planning and program management (examples: golf tournaments, charity events, promotional activities, fundraisers, etc.).
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
  • Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time
  • Remaining under budget with all costs
  • Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
  • Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event

Requirements:

Requirements

  • Valid Driver License
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Extensive social media, customer service, sales, background
  • Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Excellent problem solving skills

Education and/or Experience

College degree preferred or one to two years related experience and/or training
