Mid Level Supervisor in El Dorado Hills, California at Montessori Autism Program Services, Inc

$29-$37 per hour, based on education and experience | Full-time

Enjoy coaching Registered Behavior Technicians and helping children build meaningful skills? At Montessori Autism Programs & Services (MAPS), you’ll guide the day-to-day delivery of individualized behavior and social skills programs while working with children, families, and a collaborative clinical team.

Your hourly rate stays the same for direct and indirect work, including supervision, planning, documentation, and meetings.

What you’ll do

• Guide staff as they carry out client therapy programs.

• Provide training, feedback, and support to team members.

• Facilitate group activities where children and teens practice social and behavioral skills.

• Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with other providers.

• Review progress, attend team meetings, and help solve challenges as they arise.

Most programs take place at our El Dorado Hills center. MAPS also provides services in homes and community settings.

What you’ll bring

• At least two years of related therapy experience with children with developmental disabilities

• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other behavioral approaches

• Experience organizing work and supporting or supervising a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• RBT certification at hire or the ability to obtain it within 90 days

A master’s degree is preferred, not required. If you need to earn your RBT certification, MAPS covers the cost and allows you to complete the training on the clock.

Pay and benefits

• $29-$37 per hour, with the same rate for direct and indirect hours
