WHAT YOU WILL DO
This role manages a designated territory by prospecting, targeting, and cultivating relationships within key hospital markets while supporting ongoing case work in clinical environments to drive business growth. It partners with Area Sales Directors and Regional Managers to develop and execute strategic plans that meet revenue targets and territory goals, including quarterly business plan reviews and strategy alignment across the region. Additionally, the role ensures timely completion of administrative responsibilities such as audits, reconciliations, sales analytics, billing issues, and required training, while also conducting business reviews and handling contract and pricing negotiations with supply chain and purchasing stakeholders.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 5 years sales experience delivering against a quota
- 3 years sales experience in an operating room setting
- Valid Driver's License
Pay Transparency Statement
The salary range displayed represents the national base salary range for this position and is provided in good faith to support pay transparency. For positions located in designated higher-cost labor markets, a geographic pay adjustment may apply above the posted range for eligible positions according to LifeNet Health's current policy. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as work location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. Total compensation may also include bonuses, benefits, and other rewards that are not reflected in the posted salary range.
