Reporting to the CMO, you will play a highly visible role in shaping market strategy and supporting growth in a fast-moving, results-oriented environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and own product positioning, messaging architecture, and value proposition frameworks across a multi-product portfolio, ensuring clear differentiation in a competitive fintech market.
  • Leverage AI-powered market intelligence and research tools to monitor competitors, synthesize buyer signals, identify market opportunities, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with executive, Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders to align product investments with market opportunities and translate complex capabilities into compelling market narratives.
  • Redesign and lead the product launch process, creating high-impact launches that influence category perception, strengthen differentiation, and generate market attention.
  • Establish a comprehensive go-to-market framework covering internal enablement, customer validation, monetization strategy, launch narratives, and segment-specific messaging.
  • Develop AI-accelerated launch processes that enable faster creation of launch assets, battlecards, and targeted messaging while maintaining strategic quality and consistency.
  • Build and maintain buyer personas, customer journey maps, and segment-specific messaging using customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and data-driven insights.
  • Develop and continuously improve sales enablement programs that equip sales teams with the content, messaging, and tools required to win competitive opportunities and accelerate pipeline.
  • Implement AI-powered content generation and personalization workflows to scale enablement while maintaining a consistent strategic voice.
  • Measure and communicate product marketing’s contribution to pipeline, win rates, revenue growth, and other commercial outcomes.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing product marketing organization, establishing clear priorities, accountability, and AI-first operating practices.
  • Represent the organization through analyst relations, industry events, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen authority in the accounts receivable and B2B payments markets.

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, including at least 4 years in a VP-level or equivalent leadership position within SaaS or fintech.
  • Proven experience defining positioning and messaging for complex, multi-product portfolios serving finance, accounts receivable, or enterprise technology buyers.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for major product launches with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Experience establishing AI strategies for marketing organizations, including implementing AI tools, developing AI-augmented workflows, and fostering AI-first ways of working.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and align Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and manage high-performing product marketing teams, including talent development, performance management, and organizational design.
  • Experience in B2B payments, accounts receivable, or an adjacent fintech market is preferred, with an understanding of CFO, Controller, or AR Manager buying journeys.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content and research platforms such as Jasper, Perplexity, Claude, Gong, or comparable tools deployed at scale is preferred.
  • Experience managing analyst relationships with organizations such as Gartner, Forrester, or IDC, including briefings and inquiry programs, is preferred.
  • Experience working in a high-growth or post-acquisition environment where organizational agility and cross-functional alignment were essential.
  • Strong strategic judgment, analytical thinking, customer empathy, and competitive intelligence skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, collaboration skills, decisiveness, and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-changing environment.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive health coverage.
  • Competitive retirement benefits.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Parental leave.
  • Flexible work options.
  • Investment in professional development and career growth.
  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, fintech, and B2B software.
  • Leadership opportunity with significant influence over product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution.
  • Inclusive and equitable workplace focused on diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences
