Job Description

We’re Assemble - a company built to serve the vast majority of business leaders that struggle to make important decisions with certainty. We help enterprise leaders cut through the noise with trusted peer insights that bridge the gap between data overload and decision-making clarity. Our work has real impact, and our team is made up of smart, driven people who genuinely care about doing great work together.

Our unique approach leverages peer intelligence—a one-of-a-kind advantage created by convening the right people around the right questions—enabling leaders from top global companies to engage in meaningful discussions and gain actionable insights across diverse industries. From finance to manufacturing, Assemble empowers leaders to make confident, strategic decisions that accelerate progress and innovation.

Learn more about our brands:

  • Executive Platforms (executiveplatforms.com) hosts summits that provide senior executives with a unique space to explore new ideas, innovations, and inspirations, fostering personal and professional growth.
  • Board.org (board.org) offers unbiased peer insights from a trusted community—led by expert advisors—that help leaders and their teams at big companies quickly make informed strategic decisions.

This role is a part of a collaborative team within a fully remote work environment. We move fast, think big, and work hard—but we also have a lot of fun doing it. The energy in our team reflects our culture: ambitious, collaborative, and full of momentum. Whether we’re solving complex challenges, celebrating wins, or sharing a laugh, we show up because we want to—not because we have to. Learn more at www.theassemble.com.

Location: This is a fully remote position; however, we are only able to consider candidates who currently reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, or Virginia.

How You’ll Contribute

As the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead at Assemble, you will own the systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations and prospect data infrastructure: designing and maintaining territory and account assignment logic across our full portfolio of summits and communities; keeping contact and account data current through external enrichment tools, evaluating and administering the sales engagement/enablement stack, and ensuring information flows cleanly between the CRM and the tools around it. The ideal candidate moves comfortably between hands-on data work (Excel, scripted enrichment, scoring models) and higher-level tooling and process decisions.

In this role, you will:

  • Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists, using ZoomInfo and other tools creatively to find the right contacts.
  • Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across 11+ events and 14+ communities, turning leadership's direction into rep coverage balanced by revenue band and industry mix.
  • Build and refresh lead and account scoring models (ICP fit, revenue tier, industry, community role) to tier and route tens of thousands of accounts, with documented, auditable rules.
  • Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and our enrichment, engagement, reporting, and event systems, and troubleshoot sync failures, mismatched IDs, and stale records.
  • Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and similar tools, including bulk updates driven by prospecting cycles, ICP refreshes, and rep reassignments.
  • Partner with frontline sales reps as their go-to RevOps resource, sharing best practices and driving tool adoption.
  • Proactively spot gaps in processes, data, and tools, and recommend improvements.
  • Manage day-to-day tool operations (sequences, templates, user provisioning, adoption tracking), evaluate and pilot new tools, and support vendor comparisons and migration planning.
  • Build repeatable cleanup workflows in Excel, using AI and automation to work faster, and manage sensitive or cool-down accounts per company policy.
  • Deliver recurring reports and ad hoc analyses, and maintain trusted scoring, assignment, and CRM outputs that sales leadership and finance/ops can rely on

What Sets You Up for Success

You don’t need decades of experience to make a big impact here—just the mindset, motivation, and willingness to learn fast. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or a similar analyst role, ideally in B2B events, media, or membership
  • Hands-on Salesforce experience with a solid grasp of its architecture (accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports; flows a plus)
  • ZoomInfo power user who knows its credits, filters, and limits and a builder at heart with strong systems and data expertise
  • HubSpot familiarity is a strong plus, especially how it integrates with Salesforce and the other tools that support sales and marketing, such as enrichment, sales engagement, reporting, and event platforms
  • Advanced Excel and hands-on experience building lead or account scoring models at scale (tens of thousands of records)
