  • Designs, develops and delivers learning programs by using various forms of adult learning methodologies such as Blooms Taxonomy and ADDIE Learning and Instructional Design principles; designs and delivers curriculum that differentiates in both context and delivery methods according to core business needs and levels, while emphasizing core capabilities, competencies and behaviors required across the organization; and, determines the learning requirements and goals with a performance consulting approach.
  • Provides high quality internal consulting to HR and business leaders to identify gaps and opportunities for development and leads the design and execution of programs/experiences to build critical capabilities in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Administers and debriefs individual and team assess Administers and debriefs individual and team assessment instruments such as (but not limited to) DiSC, and 360 degree feedback tools.
  • Gathers and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to measure key outcomes and develop key action plans for the continual improvement of the employee experience.
  • Supports business solutions in the areas of: talent planning, organization design, performance management, change management, organization and team effectiveness, work process improvement, employee engagement and culture change.
  • Assists HR partners with the enterprise wide succession planning process to assess and calibrate the organization’s talent, build bench strength, identify and mitigate risk for critical positions, identify future capability needs and establish long-term people strategies to build capabilities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education

  • BA or BS Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology or other related degree; Master’s Degree in Management, MBA, HRD, OR in a related discipline preferred

Experience

  • Three (3) years of professional level experience in Organization Development, Human Resources, or consultation role working with senior leaders utilizing the skills and knowledge described above to improve organizational outcomes
