Location: Scottsdale Clinic — Princess & the 101 Compensation: $22–$25/hr DOE

You’ll be a key part of keeping our clinic running smoothly and our patients feeling cared for. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Front desk support: greeting patients, managing check‑in, answering phones, and keeping the flow moving.
Taking vitals, rooming patients, and assisting providers to keep schedules on track.
Chart prep, chart audits, and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
Managing medication prior authorizations and submitting them on time.
Handling treatment estimate discussions and guiding patients through financial expectations with warmth and professionalism.
Collecting copays and outstanding balances while maintaining a friendly, calm demeanor.
Scheduling follow‑ups, office visits, and sleep studies.
Downloading devices, supporting workflow needs, and completing tasks by deadline—no missed steps.
Communicating clearly with patients, providers, and teammates to keep everyone aligned and supported.
5+ years of MA experience in a high‑volume medical office.
MA certification and active BLS.
Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and work quickly.
Excellent punctuality and reliable transportation—non‑negotiable.
Comfortable with a fast pace, high expectations, and frequent workflow changes.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Confident using multiple software platforms including Athena, Luma, Parachute, and Microsoft Teams (used heavily for communication and workflow).
