Job Description

Windham Mountain Club is seeking a hospitality-minded professional to join our Membership team and support the continued growth of our membership community. This is an opportunity to become part of a collaborative team focused on building relationships, creating exceptional experiences, and thoughtfully introducing prospective members to everything Windham Mountain Club has to offer.

Hospitality is at the core of everything we do. We believe the membership experience begins long before a member joins and continues through every interaction with the Club. In this role, you will help cultivate relationships with prospective members, support membership events and initiatives, and serve as an ambassador for the Club both on and off the mountain.

Remote: This 50/50 hybrid role requires regular on-site presence, with occasional travel for events and meetings.

Pay: $65,000–$85,000 base + commission

Job Duties:

  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective members
  • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and events
  • Conduct tours and guide prospects through the membership process
  • Manage and track prospects in CRM, ensuring timely follow-up
  • Support membership events and outreach initiatives
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership on growth strategies
  • Assist with onboarding and member engagement

Job Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years in hospitality, sales, membership, or related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • CRM and reporting experience preferred
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and successfully pass both a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check in accordance with Windham Mountain Club’s insurance policy guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer
  • Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, calculator, and other office equipment
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, and move between office locations and on-mountain facilities
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 pounds
  • Capability to work in both indoor office settings and outdoor environments, including exposure to cold weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and via electronic means
  • Visual acuity required for reviewing detailed reports, spreadsheets, and payroll data

Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier product and experience for our guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You can also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.
