Experienced Barista – Vacation Cafe CBD
Vacation Cafe CBD is a busy specialty café located in Melbourne CBD. We’re looking for an experienced and passionate barista to join our friendly team.
About the Role
Preparing high-quality coffee with consistency and attention to detail
Operating commercial espresso equipment in a fast-paced environment
Providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years barista experience
Ability to handle busy morning coffee rushes
Strong latte art and milk texturing skills
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Weekend availability is highly regarded
