Job Description Position Summary: This position is primarily responsible for developing new and existing agricultural and commercial loan relationships, building sources of referrals, administering a portfolio of loans, determining the credit worthiness of borrowers, presenting loans to committee for decisioning, monitoring loan performance, cross-selling other banking products and services, and promoting the Bank’s image in the community to meet or exceed loan quality, profitability, growth and service objectives. This position is part of a progressive career path and may be filled at the non-officer, Officer, Assistant Vice President or Vice President level based on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, and leadership capability.
