Continuous Improvement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager based in the United States.

This role is a strategic opportunity for a process improvement professional passionate about driving operational excellence on a global scale. You will work closely with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences across diverse business functions. Leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies, you will analyze business processes and performance data to uncover opportunities for transformation and measurable impact. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, requiring strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills. You will collaborate with teams across multiple regions, ensuring process improvements are successfully deployed and sustained. Accountabilities:
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for operational improvement through analysis of business processes, performance metrics, customer feedback, and stakeholder insights
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies such as DMAIC and PDCA to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap of improvement projects aligned with organizational goals and business priorities
  • Drive the global implementation and adoption of continuous improvement programs, ensuring effective execution and long-term sustainability
  • Partner with leadership teams to support organizational transformation initiatives and assess the impact of proposed changes on existing processes
  • Recommend and help establish new standards, workflows, and process frameworks that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide to ensure compliance with approved process improvements and change initiatives
  • Monitor project outcomes and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for further optimization and value creation
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand operational challenges, market dynamics, and evolving business needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 5–10 years of relevant experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or related fields
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification strongly preferred
  • Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to assess the cost-benefit impact of operational changes
  • Advanced process mapping and modeling skills; experience with BPMN, Visio, or similar tools is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
  • Experience leading change management efforts and driving adoption across diverse teams and functions
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools
  • Advanced English communication skills; Spanish language proficiency is considered an asset
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and globally distributed environment
