This role is built for a high-energy sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and excels at turning live conversations into immediate revenue. You will act as the human face of the sales motion, guiding service professionals through consultative product demonstrations and helping them understand how the solution directly impacts their growth. The position combines structured call-center intensity with strategic advisory selling, requiring sharp communication and quick thinking. You will run multiple daily demos, often back-to-back, maintaining consistency, urgency, and conversion focus. Success in this role depends on your ability to handle objections confidently, build instant rapport, and drive decisive action. You will also collaborate closely with SDRs and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to active customer. This is a performance-driven environment where speed, clarity, and resilience directly shape outcomes.
- Lead high-volume, structured product demonstrations (3–5 daily sessions) via live video calls, maintaining energy, clarity, and a strong focus on conversion and immediate enrollment.
- Manage inbound and outbound opportunities in collaboration with SDRs, including handling live transfers and progressing prospects efficiently through the pipeline.
- Act as a trusted advisor to service professionals by quickly identifying operational challenges and positioning the solution as a direct path to business growth.
- Navigate objections in real time, clearly articulating value and urgency while adapting messaging to different customer profiles and industries.
- Support initial onboarding steps after closing to ensure smooth adoption and early product value realization.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and ensure timely follow-ups across a high-velocity sales cycle.
- 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS sales, or call-center-style high-volume closing environments with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Proven ability to manage fast-paced outbound or inbound sales cycles with high activity levels and strong conversion discipline.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to lead persuasive, structured conversations on video calls.
- Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills, remaining composed and effective under pressure.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple daily demos without loss of quality or energy.
