This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and financial risk decisioning, shaping how modern institutions detect and prevent fraud, manage credit risk, and ensure compliance. You will own the vision and execution of an AI-native platform that combines no-code workflow builders with generative and agentic AI capabilities. The work directly impacts how banks, fintechs, and digital platforms make real-time decisions across onboarding, AML, and fraud prevention. You will operate in a highly technical environment, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and domain experts in risk and compliance. The role requires both strategic product thinking and strong technical fluency in AI systems and workflow orchestration. This is a high-impact position where your decisions will define the next generation of intelligent risk infrastructure used across financial systems.
In this role, you will define the product vision and roadmap for an AI-powered risk decisioning platform, balancing usability, scalability, and advanced AI capabilities. You will collaborate across engineering, risk, and go-to-market teams to build products that translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, intelligent systems.
- Define and drive the product strategy for AI-driven workflow automation and risk decisioning platforms
- Develop roadmap priorities balancing no-code usability with advanced AI and orchestration capabilities
- Research competitive solutions and emerging technologies to identify differentiation opportunities
- Partner with engineering teams to design scalable architectures for real-time decisioning systems
- Work closely with fraud, AML, and credit risk experts to ensure product alignment with domain needs
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success to refine positioning and gather customer feedback
- Define KPIs and success metrics across fraud prevention, credit decisioning, onboarding, and compliance use cases
This position requires strong product management experience in B2B SaaS environments, ideally with exposure to fintech, risk systems, or workflow automation platforms. The ideal candidate combines technical depth in AI and distributed systems with strong user empathy and product intuition.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in B2B SaaS platforms
- Experience building workflow automation, orchestration, or integration-based products
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts such as LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and agent-based systems
- Familiarity with workflow engines, event-driven systems, and real-time data processing architectures
- Experience translating technical systems into intuitive products for non-technical users
- Strong analytical skills with experience in experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional product initiatives
- Experience in fintech, risk management, or regulated environments is highly preferred
