This role is focused on building and scaling digital presence across multiple social platforms through strategic content planning, creative execution, and data-driven optimization. You will be responsible for shaping how the brand communicates, engages, and grows its online community across channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X. The position requires a strong balance between creativity and analytical thinking, turning insights and trends into impactful content strategies. You will work closely with internal teams to translate business goals, campaigns, and updates into compelling narratives for digital audiences. This is a highly dynamic environment where agility, curiosity, and experimentation are essential to drive performance. - Plan and execute content strategies across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter and others).
- Develop and maintain editorial calendars aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
- Create creative briefs for designers and content production teams.
- Identify trends, cultural moments, and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media performance and propose continuous improvements and quick optimizations.
- Analyze metrics, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights.
- Manage community interactions, comments, and online presence to ensure active engagement.
- Support campaigns and initiatives aimed at organic growth and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to transform business updates into relevant and engaging content.
- Previous experience in social media management and digital content production.
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance.
- Excellent written communication skills, creativity, and strong command of Portuguese.
- Ability to produce clear, engaging, and platform-adapted content.
- Attention to detail, grammar, spelling, and content consistency.
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented profile.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Experience with content creation and basic editing tools.
- Nice to have: experience with paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), copywriting, storytelling, community building, and competitive analysis.
