Description:
The Critical Incident Reporting Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing critical incident reporting processes across all seven agency locations. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor, review, and complete Critical Incident Reports (CIRs) for all seven agency locations.Ensure all Critical Incident Reports are accurately completed and submitted within 24 hours of the agency becoming aware of an incident.Work daily within multiple systems and portals, including MEDsys, CIR Portal, and YESNM Portal.Perform extensive data entry while maintaining accuracy and compliance with reporting requirements.Communicate effectively with members, staff, and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) regarding incident reporting and follow-up activities.Complete and maintain diary notes and documentation related to previously submitted reports.Track incident reports from initial submission through resolution and ensure all required follow-up actions are completed.Maintain confidentiality and comply with all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Proficiency in data entry and database management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Experience working with reporting systems, electronic portals, and confidential information preferred.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish)
