  • Support students in managing schedules, assignments, deadlines, and extracurricular commitments.
  • Reinforce structured habits that improve organization, time management, and independent learning skills.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Executive Function Coaches to align on student goals, weekly plans, and evolving support needs.
  • Adapt mentoring approaches based on individual student profiles, learning styles, and developmental requirements.
  • Encourage the development of long-term executive function skills, including planning, prioritization, and self-regulation.
  • Maintain accurate communication and progress updates within internal systems and coaching frameworks.
Requirements
  • Master of Education (M.Ed.) from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience working with students in an academic, mentoring, coaching, or educational support capacity.
  • Strong ability to build trust, motivate learners, and maintain consistent accountability structures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in student-facing environments.
  • Familiarity with executive function development, student coaching, or leadership skill-building is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of academic planning, learning frameworks (such as SEL or skills-based models), or progress tracking methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience working with international or ESOL students is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of US and/or UK college admissions systems is considered beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple student relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote, contract-based environment.
  • Passion for education, student development, and long-term learning impact.
Benefits
  • Fully remote, flexible contract-based role.
  • Opportunity to work with high-achieving students across a global education network.
  • Meaningful impact on student growth, confidence, and long-term academic success.
  • Collaborative environment working alongside experienced senior coaches and educators.
  • Exposure to innovative executive function and leadership development methodologies.
  • Flexibility to structure work around availability and student needs.
  • Professional experience in a fast-growing, international EdTech environment.
  • Opportunity to contribute to shaping future-ready learners and global talent development.
